Most people don't eat only Platr — and that's fine. Telling us how many of your daily meals you want from us means we size the plan to your real life (and budget) instead of overloading your fridge. We fill the Platr share; you cook the rest.
Macros come from each meal's listed nutrition per serving. We pick Regular or Large sizes to best hit your protein target. Actuals can vary slightly — it's a guide to get you close, not a medical prescription.
