At Platr, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, chef-made meals right to your door. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review the issue and, if approved, issue a replacement meal or a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Meals that were left unattended after delivery.
- Delays caused by incorrect delivery information.
- Change of mind after the order is prepared.
